Replaced cmos no hdd or monitor

Hello,
I have an E Systems 3083 laptop running XP home.
It was loosing time and date so I attempted replacing CMOS. When I reassembled I get no bios,no monitor, no HDD, just the cd drive making noises. can anyone please help

Register or log in to remove.

you will have to open it again look at all the connector you dismantle something is not cennected where it should be and for cmos you need to replace the cell battery on it to get exact date and time
