Windows on my Toshiba satellite will not start normally only in safe mode

Hello!

I am writing because I was recently given a Toshiba satellite as a gift. I tried to restore it through key squence pressing "0" at the first loading screen. Everything seemed to go okay.

It even let me create the main user login and everything. but then it was loading again on the blue screen and said "please waiting" for about ten minutes. Then it went black blue and didn't do anything.

So I thought it was done oor maybe frozen. So I restarted it but now when I try to get it to boot up it goes to that same "Please waiting" screen. Is there something I can do or change that I might have done to fix it??? I'm desperate.
