Toshiba L305 not POSTing

I have a three year old LT (Toshiba L305) that just quit. I was using it Saturday night with no issues. Sunday morning I tried to start it up but got nothing. The power light comes on when plugged in or with a battery. When I push the button the fan starts and the dvd winds up. But nothing on the display. The LED's for the hard drive and wireless are out. The dvd runs (I tried it with a BIOS flash disk) for about twenty seconds and stops.



I have had the machine apart. Can find no loose connections or broken wires. All connectors look good. I have 19VDC at the connector on the mother board.

I took the CPU cooler out and reseated it. I did not remove the CPU from the socket.

I tried it with the hard drive out and the RAM out. Still N/G. I tried holding down the power button with no power for thirty seconds - ng.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
