Screen flickers(horizontal n verticle lines) When plugged the charger(

Hello,
I'v 'Toshiba Satellite Pro200' with preloaded "Windows Vista". The
screen flickers(horizontal n verticle lines) When plugged the charger(AC-Adaptor).

1) It works fine in safe mode with AC-Adaptor plugged.

2) It works fine without AC-Adaptor in normal mode.

I'v brought this system to factory reset state, though same issue.

I v installed different other OS same problem persist.

The moment I plug in AC-adaptor screen flickers.

You don't typically see this kind of thing on a flat-panel display but you might want to go into the display settings and change the refresh rate just to see if it has any effect.
