I download a new firmware update from toshiba website.
My HDD MK3265GSX firmware update not finished.A information appeared on screen:
I followed the steps in Operation Guide.I do not know where goes wrong.
I wonder if there is anyone experiencing the same issue and got a solution. Any other input is certainly welcome.
