WHEN I START UP MY ACER LAPTOP IT WON'T GO ANY FURTHER THAN THIS SCREEN "SETUP IS STARTING SERVICES" WHAT SHOULD I DO?

What happened prior to this? The "Setup is starting Services" message is usually the result of an incomplete installation. Had you tried doing a repair of this OS before this happened?

Windows 7 I presume?
