ACER ASPIRE 7745 WON'T GO ANY FURTHER THAN SETUO IS STARTING SERVICES. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I am having the same problem. I tried to reset my moms laptop to factory condition but I didnt know the windows would be deleted also. The windows files still load but I get a setup is starting serviced message and then a window pops up that says the computer cannot load files and to restart it. same thing over and over.
