size doesn't matter. Not interested in a 8lb laptop.
Avg weight im looking for is 4lbs.

3. What screen resolution do you want?

No restriction

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?

portable

5. How much battery life do you need?

No restriction

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?

League of Legends and maybe diablo 3 so nothing too hard to run.
I don't mind not running the new games in high

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)

I need a virtual box running mac osx to do some iphone apps.
Virtual studio 2010 shouldn't be too hard.

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?

Looking for an SSD if possible. 128gb is fine.

2 years or so.

Its useless weight but i don't mind if there is one.

No restriction. I kinda like Asus tho but open to suggestion.

I did preorder something that would meet all my requirement but they ran in backorder 2 weeks after my order

With a GT 520M for gaming support that's good. It's 'low gaming Mojo' for you in most of the modern games.
It's up to you to figure out if the hardware will support Vbox/OSX. Can't offer a guess if it will or not.

Nice, the only problem atm is delivery to canada using us only sites. I might use my postal box, looking at other options first.

price seems fair but there is a lake of CPU options.

I was looking again at Asus U36SD-XH71 and it seems like they can ship in canada. To my zipcode its 35$ with ups standard.

I never used that site so i would have to do some research to make sure its legit first.
