i come from Viet Nam. i intend to buy thinkpad x220. is the Integrated Mobile Broadband (Sierra Wireless MC8355 – Gobi 3000 (TM)) can use in my country

You should be able to use with your local cellular service providers. It is a GSM device and those are generally well supported.
