Someone lock my laptop. i don't know how to unlock the user authentication password. Please help me

Do you mean locked in the BIOS or locked in Windows?

when i press the power boutton the first skin ask me password. User Authentication password. the password type is ASC ll password.

please help me.

Understood. This sort of question is not allowed for discussion on this forum because there is no way to verify that you are the proper owner of the computer in question. I suggest you contact Fujitsu (see below) and be prepared to provide proof of ownership. You can also google "remove bios password fujitsu s7211" for some help.
