My printer just started not aligning when I put in a new black cartridge. Now it won't align at all - the machine restarts when that message comes up and you hit start. If you cancel the message, you get a variety of colors after 1 line of black. I just recently got a new computer with Window 7 - would that have anything to do with it. It has messed up some of the software as well.
