I purchased a new 23" LED monitor http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] Tpk=s232hl and when I put it on the 1920x1080 settings, everything has a tiny bounce to it. Wondering if its something with the settings or if the monitor is faulty?

I have a GTX560 Ti graphics card, so that should be able to handle it, right?

I'm currently plugged into it with a HDMI cable attached to a mini HDMI adapter that came with the monitor.

What refresh rate is it set to? Should be at 60. Also why are you using an adapter, you on a MAC or something?
