I have an samsung 3D 46" LED 1080p HDTV with a Native Resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 a contrast ration of 6,000,000:1 240hz a dvi and vga hook up would this be any good for pc gaming or would i need a pc monitor

a dvi to hdmi cable should work as far as getting the video to the television

however some people have noted very noticible lag when using 120 or 240hz screens even in "computer mode" or "60hz mode" but i believe this might affect different brands and models in different ways.

all i can say is test it out with a cable (its not an expensive cable) and if it works then you are set and if not go buy a monitor.
