I am planning on soon buying an ASUS PA246Q IPS as it looks like a great mid range, color accurate display.

Will be mainly used for image editing, watching movies and web browsing so no need for ultra fast response times.

Can anyone give me a good reason NOT to get this monitor based on personal experience?
