Hello,I have a HP4C scanner and now want to connect it to my new computer. I have windows 7. Was told to use an adaptec xchange cable but cannot find one. What can I do?

Buying a new scanner will be close to the price of any parallel/scsi adapter for your PC and is guaranteed to work. Adapters don't always. And you will end up with higher quality scans as that model is pretty old.
