So my firend came over sunday and he plugged in his new pc headset and we tried using it in steam. We had to i think disable my webcam adn get the headset to work. Now when i try to use my webcam it doesn't work not even the green light on it. Im so confused and upset this is my commentary audio device. Please help me re enable it!

Depends on how you disabled it, in Device Manager? Go there and enable it again. If that does not work, go to the Audio controll panel applet and set it as the primary device in there.
