I don't have a webcam but I chat with a friend and I have always been able to see him when he allowed me to view. Now for some reason on my end it is saying not connected. It is working on his end so I don't know why all of a sudden I cannot view my friend. Help.

Upgrade and install the latest version of Yahoo Messenger. If you already have the latest version, uninstall it and then re-install it. Restart the computer.
