I know there have been several topics about IP cameras, but I thought I would throw out a few more questions. I’m looking for a cost effective outdoor IP camera that would also work during low light conditions (nighttime.) My goal is to run a single cat5e cable to an outdoor over hang at my house and use a power injector to supply power to the device in question. It would be nice to have the ability to view the video feed from my blackberry or my wife’s windows phone. I guess the footage would be recorded to my computer or maybe I could save data to “the cloud”. I'm trying to keep the cost under $200 if possible.
Any ideas would be much appreciated!

All of the cheaper cameras use a regular video cable. As far as viewing things over the web and such, the software with the camera will help you set that up.

I'll pay a little more for an external dome that I can control. Any more links?
A bit on the expensice side but well worth it as you get an online recording system as well as the IP camera...and a doddle to set up if you have a BT Home Hub though I'm sure it would be the same with most routers.
