Our HP psc 1210 was working fine but need new black ink cartridge, i unplugged it after trying to tuen it off at the printer. now when I reconnect the power it flashes on but then dies?

Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forum!

Re-seat the print cartridge. Then turn the printer ON.
