pls provide info for good monitor setting s for LCD - HP 19
becasue i have to sit every day here at around 10 hours and brightness effecting to my eyes,, and every day i am getting eye straign .. pls help me the goo ratio (brightness contracst and color.. view..

Just adjust it till you see things easier, no-one can tell you what setting lookd good to you. Usually for an LCD, you want brightness at about 30%, and contrast at 75 or so, I find that works well for almost any model.

You also need to take breaks from staring at the screen, focus at a different point every so often.
