Hello.
Just upgraded my MacPro from Leopard to Snow Leopard and (surprise, surprise) my Microtek ArtixScan 1800f scanner won't work anymore. When I launch the software, I get the eternally-spinning beachball of doom while the Microtek splashscreen says, "Initializing scanner." Of course, the scanner never does initialize. I've downloaded and installed the supposed Snow Leopard driver from Microtek's site, but it gets me nowhere.

Any suggestions?
