I have LG 700E CRT monitor with the max resolution of 1024x768.

When I boot my computer, the display is working fine. but when I restart my computer then there starts the problem....

My Monitor shutdowns and displays nothing, only the DISPLAY LIGHT blinks continuously...

similarly, when I shuts my display of monitor when I'm working on it and then turn on it, it displays nothing...

This problem comes whenever my system is LOGGED OFF, RESTARTS,SLEEPS ....

Even plugging my Monitor to direct supply with incoming constant voltage isn't working....

Is this any HARDWARE problem...???

Pl z need best answers... :)

Most likely it is the monitor failing, it has a hard time starting when warm.

Failing monitor means something is wrong with it. In this case it looks like it starts up OK but when warm (hot) it does not. That points to the circuitry in it failing. If you can test it on another computer and it still does it then it can not be anything else.

Confirms that your monitor is going bad. Reasonable quality monitors are not to expensive today as an example http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6824254055

It is not that your monitor model is bad but looking at prices for new monitors it is hardly worth it repairing old ones any more.

OK friends, here is the solution for my Problem

The electrician found that two filters(capacitors) on the circuit board got affected due to power shot...

The problem is gone after replacing with new filters... :D
