Looking to pickup a new pair of headphones for my new PC. they will primarily be used for gaming & listening to music. on rare occasion watching some movies

I have about an $80 budget
I will be using them for gaming, but microphone isn't super important to me because I don't talk much anyway while playing

the two i'm looking at now are the:
Logitech G35 Surround Sound Headset
Turtle Beach TBS-2214 Ear Force Z6A

anyone have experience with these? any recommendations for these or other models you use?

I would like a surround sound headset, 5.1 or 7.1
