I'm looking for the best sound quality and durability I can get for $100. Extra features like music controls and mic would be nice as well, but they're not as important.

The current ones I'm looking at are the Klipsch Image S4i. They do great when it comes to sound quality and extra features, but miss the mark on durability. There's also the S5i's, but those cost $30 more. What are other good options at a max of $100 that are in-ears?

Thanks. :D

Have a look at the Shure SE215. Durability with the reinforced cables etc is awesome and high and low end are pretty good also imo

I bought a pair about 4months ago and they are awesome. Thats AU price also so you might even get the 315's for 100 US, Not sure

These definitely look like a great option. The sound quality of the Klipsch 'buds is a tiny bit better, but the durability of the Shure SE215's is simply second to none. I've had to replace three in-ear headphones over the years exactly for the same reason: the internal cables broke. The SE215's also have a much better fit and are more comfortable, not to mention better when it comes to sound insulation. You have more choices regarding the ear tips, too. I'll definitely be picking these up on Friday or Saturday.

Thanks a ton for the recommendation. :D
