my computer isn't bringing up my USB device with my MP3 player I bought at a liquidation sale. I have searched all devices and updated them and still nothing, can anyone help us?

have you tried switching the mp3 on?

Have you tried connecting it to a different USB port or other computer?

The problem with liquidation sales is that they are final. If it is new, then you should be able to get it serviced under warranty if the MP3 player is in fact dead.
