hi there,

I've bought a new headset Medusa NX 5.1, It's working perfectly and I'm pretty happy about it. But there was one problem, the was is only working on the left side !

I've installed a lot of drivers but it's the same, my MB is MSI 870A-G54 (MS-7599) and is using the "ALC892 audio codec".

I hope anyone find the solution, Thanks.

Have your tried testing it on other audio devices/computers? It could be a defective unit. Make sure all cables are plugged in securely.

yea, I tried it on my mobile and the same problem.

What is your Laptop model, i have the same problem too.
Its work fine for laptop sounds system, but when im using my headset or speaker sounds only came out from left side.
