Ipod Touch, Screen not working...

Forum Audio : MP3 Players Ipod Touch, Screen not working...

So this morning I turned my ipod's alarm off, went to go use the bathroom (leaving my ipod in my room), went back into my bedroom and the touchscreen stopped working, even though it was just working ten minutes ago. It's a first generation iTouch and unfortunately my lock button stopped working. It is jailbroken if that means anything. I haven't tried doing a reset, but I rather wouldn't because I don't want to back through the jailbreak process and get all of my apps (plus I don't want to lose my save games.) Help please, thanks!
