I'm currently trying to fix a problem with my sister's iPod. Everytime I plug in the iPod it brings up iTunes, but iTunes instantly freezes, and when i try to access it through My Computer it freezes the entire Windows Explorer.exe and then I have to restart to get anything to work or stop non-responding processes. Could I get a little help please.
