I have a Comcast Motorola DCT6200 cable box and the accompanying remote with the "red" eneter button. Somehow the cable box no longer responds to the remote control, but all the other peripherals work fine with the remote control. Can I reprogram the remote for this cable box. I tried code 01982 and it didn't work.
