Can't play blue ray on Toshiba DLP through the HDMI plug....but works great wit

I have a Toshiba DLP 52 inch TV. I currently use the HDMI connection to my Dish rec. I just bought a Sony blue ray player and connected it to the Toshiba HDMI plug but DVD will not play. Upon start up I get the Blue Ray logo projected on the TV but movie will not start. If I hook the component cables to the TV I get a great pic. I have tried two Sony players and get the same results.

Sounds like there is an HDCP problem between them. You cannot get HD on Bluray players made after 2011 except through HDMI so I would get a different player.
