And I have a N-vidia GTX 260 connected to this LCD via a DVI-D Cable
Now when i try and change my resolution in the N-vidia control panel
From PC 1920 x 1080 (Native) to HD 1080i, 1920 x 1080
The monitor goes Out of Range

I really don't understand this
Can someone please explain me what native res is ?
And why does it go out of range ?
And does this mean I'm not getting Full HD ?
Thanks

Make sure the refresh rate is at 60hz.

When i try to set the resolution to HD 1080i , 1920 x 1080
there only 30Hz and 29Hz
But in PC 1920 x 1080 (native)
There's 60Hz and 59Hz

Does either 30Hz or 29Hz help?

Why would you want to change your resolution to 1080i? It's lower quality than 1080p.

hmmmmm
okay when i open the Nvidia Control Panel
I have 2 options
HD,SD & PC
IN HD there is

1080i, 1920 x 1080
720p , 1280 x 720
480p, 720 x 480

And in PC
There is 1920 x 1080 (native)
1768 x 992
etc

I'm currently using native res
But I thought that the HD Resoultion would give better results than the native resoultion ?

if the native is 1920x1080 it is HD and that will give you the best results

1080i is lower quality than 1080p, which is your monitor's native resolution (1920x1080). If you leave it on native, it should give the best possible quality.
