If you are asking, can you use your laptop hdd in your PC and slave it, then the answer is YES. You will need to get a 3.5" adaptor so you can mount the hdd correctly but ther eis no problem using a laptop hdd in a PC.

A laptop hard drive is no different to a PC hard drive, its just the size. Laptop uses 2.5" and PC uses 3.5".
