My computer dell latitude d600 will not start because a buddy of mine has reversed polarity to the charger.Help me

If you can, try another DELL charger.
All DELL chargers can be used, regardless of power.

Try do an ATX reset: Remove Battery, and ac-adaptor, and then hold the power botton down for 30 sec, and then start it again.

If that does not help, try powering up while holding the "fn" botton down.
