I have reinstalled HP Photosmart C4400 series but have lost my Inksaver 2.0
I have tried to reinstall it after removing all files from PC
But I am told on a Screen box that I still have inksaver 2.0 on PC when
I try to install CD-Rom for Inksaver.2.0

Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums!

 

Click on the Windows Start logo and look under "All Programs" it should be there. Then make a shortcut for it and paste the shortcut on your desktop.

 

Restart the computer.
