How do I open the case on this computer? There are 4 screws on the back which I have removed but the case will not come apart. There is a small slot at the bottom left-hand side of the back but I don't know if this has anything to do with opening the case. Thanks.

What are you taking a all-in-one apart for anyway?

If it's overheating (As they do) leave the mobo replacement to the techperts

You have to remove the stand first. the plastic cover is held down by the two screws after removing this you can unscrew the four screws holding the stand. With the four screws removed fron the outer case it can be pried apar by sliding a credit card or small blade along edge.
