Hello, I have a compaq EVO D51S SFF. I have wasted my money on new ram and a video card.i cheked online about this problem. Bad ram.I got new ram and did not work. I remember getting the ram out and putting it back in. never worked again! Please help me with this problem!

Could be a motherboard issues. That model is really not worth spending money on though. You can try to reset the BIOS on the system, unplug it from power and move the CMOS reset switch on the motherboard to the reset position for around 15 seconds. You'll probably have to reset the clock after that in the BIOS if it boots. You can't really "reset ram slots" unless you mean "RESEAT".
