Hey, I tried to use my printer but the carrier couldn't move. Me and my dad found out that an important spring popped out of place, and that the spring was used to apply pressure to the rubber-band track in order for the carrier to move by itself.

We tried to open the 920c printer to see where exactly the spring belonged, but we couldn't figure out how to open the printer. Can anyone tell me how to open it up?
