Hello,
for some time my screen turns black when playing a game , never had it b4, so i wanted to completely restore to manufacturers settings, while doing this power went off and it won't start up again . now i want to insert a back up set i made but the disc drive won't open. i want to remove the case but don't know how, any1 got an idea ??

figured out how to remove the case, placed disc , but still won't start up, the screen turning black and shutting off ain't solved yet , tho i cleaned out puter completelt (was a dust issue)
