Page 36 of the manual.

Reset Camera

Reset settings to their default.

Reset All Camera Settings—Settings revert to their factory defaults.

Reset Startup Application—Resets camera to startup mode to allow KODAK Software download.

Thanks, I hope this works, my camera broke and yes, i have to reset it, please follow the thread for more info on the situation because i might need more help.
