Usually robots don't post here, have you checked with your manufacturer?

If you mean your camera's battery, could be the charger is bad, the battery is bad, or the circuitry to charge inside the camera is bad. Try replacing the first two. If it's the last, need a new camera.

Plug the charger in without the battery. Use a volt meter to see if theres a voltage coming out of the charger. Leave the voltmeter connected for a while to see if the charger shuts off. If it shows voltage and doesn't turn off its the battery.
If the battery or charger is bad , you need choose a new one.
Tell me your model , I can help you purchasing new batteries.
