i have formatted the system but still no sound even after insatalling the driver

Check and enable 'on-board' sound in the BIOS. (Normally, you shouldn't have to do this on a new computer - it should be enabled by default).

After doing that, check for 'Volume' controls. Sometimes there are separate volume controls; one on the computer, and one on the program you are running.
