[HELP]Compaq Logo Screen Stuck after Restart and Keyboard doesn't work

Hey, I just wanted to find out what is going on with my old computer. Any solutions are appreciated. Okay so I have an Old computer which is a Compaq SR1020nx. Just recently it has been working fine, but then when I Restarted the computer. It wouldn't Boot Up anymore, Keyboard doesn't work/light up, stays on logo screen. Sometime I can get into Safe mode but it would take a little longer for it to boot up to that menu. Then I had to wait for it to load the drivers and such till it got to the Admin/Owner Accounts for windows. That is all I could do, When I start Windows Normally it goes into a black screen and just stays there. Help Please! Thanks Really Appreciate it!

Do as you did. Boot into 'Safe Mode'. Then use the Admin account and perform an anti-virus scan. After this, re-start the computer. At this point, we can continue trouble-shooting if necessary.
