i have taken photos with my sony camara DSC-W520 and saved in memory card 4 gb and i have tried to copy the data in to my PC ..i getting message that " the data is corrupted" ..plz help me to get back the photos

thanks for nice advise. still some of photos can not viewed in preview. but we can see that in thumbnail. plz help me to get back that photos too
