Update Bios

HI I have a Packerd bell mh36-v-541 i need a new bios because im getting problems wiht mu usb-bluetooht device the pc says it is unkown I have now this

Is any driver for Bluetooth loaded ? See if there's one on the Packard Bell website (may be part of a multifunction chipset driver).

As for BIOS -- I'd try to contact PB by email and ask if they have anything available or can give you the manufacturer name and model number of the motherboard in case you can find one via the original manufacturer of the mobo. It would be odd for there to be no BIOS code available.

Phoenix just supply mobo makers and will not be able to help, I suspect.
