i am having a problem with my start button bar on my gateway 842 gm media center desktop computer the start button bar is at the top of the screen instead of at the bottom of the screen can some one help me?

Just right click the start button, and go to properties.

from here, in the Taskbar tab, uncheck the "lock the taskbar" option and hit ok

now, drag the start bar to the side of the screen, and from there to the bottom
