Hello,
My name is Sarah and I am a total retard!I fell asleep on my Net10 lg,prepaid phone and woke up to see "Enter Puk code"..So me,and all my smartness,thought that if I entered it the 10 times given that it would go away...So in the end that didn't work!It told me "Sim Blocked" and now it only says emergency and dialpad....I don't have minutes on either,so I can't call for help..what do I do now?

Did you end up getting this fixed? i had don=e the same thing to mine and cannot use it now. help?

Hello friends,

If you guess your PIN wrong one too many times, the phone will then ask for a PUK (or Pin Unlocking Key) this PUK code you need to get from CINGULAR... this will allow you to reset your Pin, if you put in the PUK wrong one too many times it will block the Sim and the only way to get the phone working again is to get a new SIM.
