Hello,
I can transfer still images,but for some reason it's not transfering my videos from my kodak easyshare c813 digital camera.i'm useing usb port help? do you know what the problem can be? this is my first time with this problem it's always transfered both.

If your camera came with a firewire cable, try using that instead of the USB
