Hello,

Windows Media Player is not working on Sony Ericsson Xperia 1 (WM 6.1). Neither can be opened nor plays any file, so ringtones are not produced. Any advice or solution. Tnx.

The fastest way would be Hard Reset, all data will be lost (sms, call log, files and anything on your device memory).
