Ok,until recently I use to run on mobo audio. Now I have a Creative Fatality card...in audio options of games you have to choose hardware mode and sometimes hardware or software mode .do I choose hardware? lol Like GRID has an option to turm hardware mode on or off.

Yes, choose hardware mode, and if also available, enable EAX/3D hardware acceleration.

Hardware mode will use your x-fi to do the processing. Software mode uses the cpu to do it (and with lower quality/accuracy too)
