Hello... Ill cut the chase.. my main problem is:

If I plug these:



Will that produce atleast 5.1 surround sound? (The Headphone is 5.1/7.1ch capable.

Its: Optical-out/S-PDIF -> 1/8 miniplug to DIN9 (female) -> DIN9 (male) to 3x analog miniplug for surround(female) -> 3x male surround miniplug to razer HD-DAI -> Razer Baracuda HP-1 headphone!

Will this work?? Or would I need to plug in TOSLINK to female miniplug in the optical out first??

It won't work at all. You need to decode any sound comng from the optical output in where your source would be digital then converted to 5.1 analog, which you don't have from your posted images.

What you need is Digital to Analog converter, Like the Entertiament Receiver, Preamplifier Processor, Standalone External Sound Card that support 5.1 output like the Creative EXTIGY.
